Terms of Use

Ziago is free to play. It's new, so things may change, break or stop working, and a game in progress can be lost.

We may change, pause or stop any part of Ziago at any time.

Whoever starts a game is its host. The host sets it up, can remove players and can restart it.

Anyone with a game's code or link can join or watch it, so only share it with people you want there.

Names and everything typed in a game are shown to everyone in it, so keep it friendly. Don't use Ziago to:

• post anything illegal, hateful, threatening, harassing or sexually explicit
• share someone else's private information, or pretend to be someone you're not
• break, overload or get around how Ziago works, including with bots, scrapers or other automated tools
• copy, sell or resell Ziago or its games

We may remove content, close games or block access when we see misuse.

You own what you write in Ziago, and you're responsible for it. You give us permission to store it, show it to the people in your game and use it to run and improve Ziago, including looking into problems people report.

Ziago's games, words, questions, pictures and code belong to Shuttle Technologies Pty Ltd or to the people who licensed them to us. Some character pictures in Anonyme are by others, under the licences credited in the game. Don't copy or reuse any of it without permission.

We work hard to keep Ziago running, fair and safe, but it comes as it is. We can't promise it will always be available, free of mistakes or right for your purpose.

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or unexpected loss, or for lost data, from using Ziago. Where we are liable, our total liability to you is limited to R1,000.

Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded, including South Africa's Consumer Protection Act.

Ziago links to other sites, including our older games at old.ziago.co. We aren't responsible for those sites.

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why.

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top. If you keep using Ziago after that, the new terms apply.

South African law applies to these terms, and South African courts handle any dispute. If you live somewhere else, you keep any protection your local law gives you that can't be excluded.
